Davido’s Artist Confirms Ayisha Modi Fed and Accomodated Them During Trip to Ghana

A former artist signed to Davido’s 30BG music group has confirmed Ayisha Modi’s claims that she housed, fed, and clothed the Nigerian artist’s entourage during a trip to Ghana to record with Stonebwoy.

Speaking to Modi on TikTok Live, the artist, who says he is no longer signed by Davido, confirmed being hosted by Ayisha Modi during the trip, which occurred a few years ago.

He said Ayisha paid for their accommodation and provided them with food, drinks, and drugs. He also confirmed Ayisha’s claim that she provided them with GHC 5,000 every week for their upkeep.

Ayisha Modi previously made a staggering claim that when Davido visited Ghana to record with Stonebwoy, the reggae-dancehall star did not spend any money on hosting them, but she had to finance everything.

Modi claimed that a party held in Davido’s honour was financed by her and that when Davido left, a team of his boys stayed behind and she catered for them.

In the viral video, Davido’s alleged former artist confirmed all of Ayisha Modi’s claims.

Calling her ‘mommy’, he thanked her for her generosity.

The video divided fan opinions. While some believed Ayisha is being truthful and was unfairly treated by Stonebwoy, others insisted the Nigerian artist backing up Ayisha’s claim is simply part of her ‘settings’ agenda.

What Ayisha said

In a recent video as part of her ongoing and never-ending feud against Stonebwoy, Ayisha claimed that she fed, clothed, and housed Davido when he visited Ghana.

“When David came to Ghana, I catered for his food, clothing, accommodation, and drinks,” Modi bragged. “After they recorded their song, a party thrown for Davido by Stonebwoy at his home [was financed by me].”

Modi said Davido would confirm her acts if he were asked about it.

The media personality added that after Davido left Ghana without his entourage, she took care of them, giving them GH¢5,000 every week.

Modi continues to claim outrageous acts in the career of every musician, yet so far, few have come to deny her claims.
