Professor Ransford Gyampo, an associate professor of political science at the University of Ghana, has become the latest person to donate to Jeffrey Ebo Arhin, the Swedru Senior High School student trending for being honest.

Gyampo in a post on is Facebook page has revealed that he’s donating Ghc 10,000 to show appreciation to the boy for his honesty.

Arhin has been the trending topic in the country recently after he found a purse containing Ghc 200 on his school campus and returned it to school authorities.

His headmistress, Golda Esi Andam, was so pleased with Jeff’s actions that he paraded him before the entire school.

She rewarded him with Ghc 20 for his honesty but since then, more donations have been pouring in for the young man.

He received a Ghc 1,000 gift previously and now Professor Gyampo is also chiming in with Ghc 10,000.
