Kumawood actor and comedian Kwaku Manu has come under fire for his attire at the recent presidential dinner held in honour of President John Dramani Mahama.
The event, which took place following Mahama’s inauguration on January 7, 2025, was attended by numerous dignitaries, celebrities, and political figures.
Kwaku Manu attended the dinner wearing a white t-shirt paired with wine-coloured trousers and white shoes, a choice that stood out amid the formal attire of other guests. He was seen engaging in conversations with personalities such as gospel musician Nacee and the MC of the event, KOD.
Social media users lambasted Kwaku Manu for his choice of outfit, questioning its appropriateness for such a formal occasion.
The presidential dinner was a significant event, bringing together a diverse group of attendees, including media personality Abeiku Santana, Sam George and many more NDC MPs.
