The story, which originated from the fake news, AI generated TikTok page Dax News, has nevertheless sparked intense social media interest due to its Hollywood style plot.

Officer Brian Shields of Waterford MI is accused of shooting and killing 10-year-old Leon Price, who was playing with a toy gun outside his apartment complex. A disturbed neighbour called the cops when they saw Price chasing a friend with the gun, mistaking it for a real weapon.
When cops arrived, they also made the same mistake and shot Price. Brian Shields is accused of taking the fatal shot. He was later acquitted of all charges.

Leon’s mother, Tamisha Price, angry at the outcome of the trial, reportedly took matters into her own hand. Utilizing her background in nursing, she obtained a vial of HIV/AIDS blood which she allegedly used to inject officer Shields. When arrested, she reportedly said: “An eye for an eye. Everyday I die slow because of the loss of my son. Now he can die slow,”
