A GoFundMe fundraiser has been set up to aid the family of 16-year-old Houston TX teen, Isabelle Gallegos, following her tragic death in a car accident.

Isabelle, who also goes by Izzy, died in a wreck on December 24th, 2024, her family announced. Few details of the crash were released.

In a post on GoFundMe, Sylvia Rivas of Missouri City TX, urged friends and lovers of the Gallego family to help them out with their donations in honor of their lost daughter.

“The night before Christmas, our family was devastated with the loss of Isabel Gallegos. Isabel was only 16 years old when she was called to heaven by her creator, leaving her parents, Nathaniel and Laura Ferero Gallegos, sisters, family, and world behind,” the post read.

“Our hearts have been shattered and torn by the loss of her young life. The family is accepting donations and appreciates your consideration in contributing to the burial expenses for the unexpected tragedy,”

Isabelle’s family remembered her as ‘beautiful, intelligent, and loving’. Her grieving mother Laura said ‘there was never a dull moment with her’.

The fundraiser, which lists Isabel’s mother Laura Forero Gallegos as beneficiary, has so far raised $7,204 out of its $8,000 goal.
