Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, the Chairperson of the Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) initiative, has expressed satisfaction with the growing support for the program, particularly among New Patriotic Party (NPP) members. The initiative, which aims to recover state assets allegedly misappropriated during the tenure of the current government, has gained significant traction among citizens who are committed to restoring accountability and transparency.
In a recent social media post, Ablakwa made it clear that ORAL is not just a political movement but a national cause dedicated to protecting the country’s resources. He proudly stated, “Great to see more NPP stalwarts support Mahama’s Operation-Recover-All-Loot (ORAL). Predictably, all Ghanaians who were not part of the notorious NPP looting brigade are excited about ORAL. Nothing will stop the people’s ORAL!”
Ablakwa and the ORAL team have crafted a detailed plan to track down and reclaim assets thought to have been unlawfully taken by officials. This ambitious strategy includes reviewing public records, teaming up with international partners, and using legal channels to hold those responsible accountable. Ablakwa reassured the public that their mission would stay strong, no matter the political climate.
In his call to action, Ablakwa urged all Ghanaians to contribute by sharing credible information on suspected cases of misappropriation.
