Her co-star, Kwame Dzokoto, who portrayed her on-screen husband in Efiewura, shared an emotional tribute, revealing that former President John Dramani Mahama had been deeply involved in efforts to save her life. Dzokoto disclosed that Mahama invested significantly in Smith’s medical treatment, hoping for her recovery.
