‘I Know Where The Stolen State Funds Are Hidden, I Am Ready To Testify’ – Former NPP MP

Edward Ennin, a former Member of Parliament for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) representing Obuasi East, has made a shocking revelation regarding stolen state funds. In a recent interview with UTV, Ennin claimed to have evidence of where these looted funds are hidden and expressed his readiness to testify before any investigative committee, including the Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) committee.

Ennin disclosed that he is prepared to share detailed information about the alleged misappropriation of state resources during the tenure of former President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo. He also revealed that foreign ambassadors and high commissioners are aware of the locations where the stolen funds are kept. “I was at the home of one big personality, together with three ambassadors from France, the UK, and the US, and the conversation that took place was dangerous,” Ennin stated, adding that the ambassadors are aware of the stolen money being sent abroad. “We are all going to see what happens,” he said.

Ennin emphasized that his decision to come forward is driven by his sense of responsibility to the nation. “When the time comes, I will go and present my evidence. We have to put Ghana first,” he declared.

Additionally, Ennin hinted at his willingness to expose government officials involved in illegal small-scale mining (galamsey), including Members of Parliament and District Chief Executives. He also mentioned a visit to Guyana, where he witnessed investments linked to Ghana’s oil blocks, further motivating his determination to uncover the truth.
