Sally Mann Is Exhibiting Traits Of W!tchcr@ft, Her Criticism Are Too Personal – Charlie Dior

Published by

Fashion critic and media personality, Charlie Dior, has openly accused self-acclaimed entertainment critic Sally Mann of displaying traits akin to witchcraft in her recent behaviour and commentary.

In a candid conversation with Nana Romeo during a recent interview, Charlie did not hold back in expressing his concerns about Sally Mann’s approach to critiquing public figures.

According to Charlie Dior, Sally Mann’s behaviour when criticising celebrities often lacks professionalism and comes across as overly personal and vindictive. He noted that her tone and choice of words do not reflect the objectivity and constructive approach expected of an entertainment critic.

“She doesn’t act like a professional when she’s critiquing people. It’s almost as if she holds a personal grudge against them,” Charlie asserted.

Charlie Dior specifically referenced instances where Sally Mann launched scathing attacks on prominent figures such as Nana Ama McBrown, Efia Odo, and Shatta Wale.

He explained that the way she targeted these individuals was more than mere criticism and suggested that it seemed as though she had unresolved personal issues with them.

For example, Sally Mann was recently in the headlines for her harsh remarks about actress and TV personality Nana Ama McBrown. Similarly, she has been equally critical of socialite Efia Odo and musician Shatta Wale, often using tones that Charlie described as unnecessarily hostile.

Charlie Dior went on to explain that these repeated actions and her emotionally charged approach to public commentary mirror certain behaviours that people in Ghanaian culture often associate with “witchcraft.”

“To criticise someone is fine—it’s part of the job—but when it starts to sound like a personal attack every single time, it feels different. It’s like there’s some deep resentment or jealousy somewhere, and we all know in our culture what that is often compared to,” Charlie added.
