” I received the call early this morning informing me of your passing; it’s taken me all day to gather the strength and courage to post these pictures. seventeen years ago I booked you at the memorial day chili cook off at market square, and so began a tremendous friendship between you, me and my brother,” wrote Guevara. “Our last conversation was a couple of weeks ago with plans of going into the studio to “change it up a bit” in 2025. My heart is broken 💔 you were a musical blessing in our lives; rest in peace Chris Saucedo 🙏”

“It’s tragic when such amazingly talented people don’t get to see the future ahead of them because of the darkness that consumes them. This is a reminder that no one is immune to sadness or pain, she said of Saucedo’s death. “If you ever feel like there’s no way out, please reach out for help—there’s always a light when the darkness fades. Rest easy, Chris. Thank you for the friendship, love, and support. You’ll be missed and never forgotten🕊️”
