Kumawood actor Abraham Davis, popularly known as Salinko, has shared how his acting career has brought him remarkable achievements, including acquiring three plots of land. Speaking in an interview with Accra FM, Salinko expressed gratitude for his success and revealed the impact of his hard work and opportunities in the movie industry.
Salinko also reflected on the profitability of his acting career. “The films I’ve shot have not only earned me money but also opened doors for me to collaborate with brands. I’m still an ambassador for many brands, some of which have even featured me on their billboards, which has been a huge boost,” he explained.
Discussing his property investments, Salinko revealed that he started buying land in Kumasi around 2014/2015, with prices ranging from GHc 20,000 to GHc 55,000 per plot. He outlined his ambitious plans for the three plots: one will be used to build a hospital for the community of Kwanta, another has been gifted to his siblings, and the third is being developed into a housing project.
The actor credited the media, especially UTV, for playing a crucial role in elevating his career. “UTV helped push my brand to new heights through the series I aired on their station. It allowed me to achieve so much, including traveling and buying cars to live comfortably,” he said.
