Published by

The Hebron Prayer Camp in Medie, near Accra, was filled with thousands of worshipers as they offered special prayers for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Vice President and presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP). The congregation, led by Pastor Frank Donkor, was in the midst of their annual fasting and prayers when Dr. Bawumia paid a visit on Tuesday.

The annual fasting and prayers at the Hebron Prayer Camp have become a major spiritual event, attracting thousands of worshipers who seek divine blessings and intervention. This year’s gathering was made even more significant by Dr. Bawumia’s presence, marking the first time a leader of his stature had joined the event.

Pastor Frank Donkor expressed his gratitude for the Vice President’s visit, emphasizing its uniqueness. “Since we began this fasting and prayers, no leader of such stature has ever been here. Dr. Bawumia is the first, and he has humbly asked for our support and prayers. So, are we not going to pray for him?” The congregation responded with excitement, pledging their spiritual support.

Addressing the worshipers, Dr. Bawumia shared his deep appreciation for their prayers and faith. He reaffirmed his belief in the power of prayer, saying, “With God, all things are possible,” and highlighted the importance of divine guidance as he prepares for the December presidential election. He called on the congregation to continue praying for him, expressing confidence in God’s plan for the nation.
