Sad: Man Forces His Wife To An Early Grave After Donating Money Meant For Her Kidney Treatment To His Church

A man has become the weapon fashioned against his wife leading to her death after foolishly donating the money meant for her kidney treatment to his church.

The deceased, named Joyce Ifunayachukwu reportedly died of kidney failure after funds meant for her medical treatment, were allegedly redirected by her husband to a church.

Following an online appeal for assistance, Joyce’s medical bills were originally paid for by kind donations from well-meaning people, according to a widely shared post by social media personality Serah Ibrahim.

However, Joyce’s husband allegedly grabbed the money and took her to a church rather than using it for her hospital treatment.

Joyce was given herbal medicines rather than appropriate medical care at the church, where the pastor allegedly claimed that she had been healed.

Her husband and the pastor insisted that she was on the road to recovery, even though her condition deteriorated and she acknowledged that she was not getting better.

Serah Ibrahim expressed outrage on social media, revealing that phone conversations and voice notes from Joyce documented her anguish as her health deteriorated. She called for the Nigerian police to take immediate action, stating, “Enough is enough. Pastors need to be held accountable.”

Widespread outrage and demands for more accountability for those who take advantage of weak people in the name of faith have been triggered by Joyce’s passing. Numerous social media users have voiced their sadness and rage at the situation, and some have even called for stronger laws to stop similar occurrences in the future.
