Legendary Equatoguinean politician, Baltasar Ebang Engonga Avomo, has reportedly been released from jail, a new trending video of his appears to suggest.
In the video, Baltasar – who has become a worldwide public figure after the release of over 400 videos of him having intercourse with the wives and relatives of important figures in the country – is seen with his family having some down time.
This comes after news of his arrest emerged weeks ago in the wake of the release of the videos.
Baltasar, who headed his country’s Financial Crimes organization, was arrested amidst an investigation for corruption and other financial crimes. The videos, which were on his personal computer, were then shared on social media and went viral around the world.
After some weeks in custody, Engonga has now reportedly been released.
