Former President John Dramani Mahama has vowed that if he is voted back into office then some NPP officials will pay for the PDS scandal.
Speaking during a campaign rally, the former President specifically named Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia and unofficial Prime Minister, Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko, and others, as those responsible for the scandal.
He said Ghana lost a lot of money due to what went down and he will make sure that people will pay!
