Social media has been filled with hilarious reactions after a Ghanaian woman started selling coconuts under the new Flower Pot interchange a day after it was commissioned.
President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo commissioned the newly constructed edifice on Tuesday, November 19th, 2024, a few weeks before Ghanaians go to the polls on December 7th.
The newly constructed interchange is to connect East Legon and the Spintex road and to ease the constant traffic in that area.
A day after the commissioning ceremony, a photo emerged on social media showing a woman selling under the bridge despite warnings from authorities for no one to conduct any business there.
The photo went viral and sparked numerous hilarious reactions.
“Meet Sahadatu Seidu, the first person to sell under the newly commissioned flyover,” one hilarious image said.
One netizen also commented: “Ahhh😂😂😂 others will join soon😂,”
