Jeremy Appel, Lancaster ‘Appel Valley’ Butcher Shop Mourn Loss of Son/Employee

Jeremy Appel of the Appel Valley Butcher shop, popular in Lancaster County PA, has died.

Appel tragically passed away Sunday, November 17th, his family announced in a statement.

“Dear customers, we thank you for your support during this extremely difficult time for the Appel Valley family. We are grieving the sudden passing of our beloved son Jeremy Appel this week. Your condolences and prayers are deeply appreciated,” the Appel family said in a statement. “As we fulfill our holiday obligations, we will maintain normal business hours and kindly ask for your patience and understanding during these difficult times.”

The funeral and memorial service for Jeremy Appel has been scheduled for Sunday, November 24th at Charlie F. Snyder funeral home.

Friends and loved ones shared memories of Jeremy, with one tribute reading: “Jeremy was always a blast to work alongside. Always laughing, smiling, and joking. He was a great truck driver and friend. In the last 2 years I got to know him we all grew to love him at the farm. He loved our girls and they loved him. We will miss him and our hearts are heavy,”

Another read: “So sorry for your loss .you guys raised a great kind hearted loving man ! We will all miss him dearly!”
