Annie Dunleavy, a special education teacher at Chapman School in the Cheshire Public School District, Connecticut, has been removed from the school after a viral video of her threatening violence against Trump supporters.
A hunt was started by social media users to discover the identity of a Cheshire CT teacher seen in a viral video ranting furiously against Trump supporters, expressing anger at them for their vote and threatening to m*rder any of them who rubbed her the wrong way.
The video went viral and eventually the teacher was outed as Annie Dunleavy with Cheshire Public Schools.
The Twitter account Libs of TikTok made the discovery, sharing Dunleavy’s disturbing rant with the caption: “Meet Annie Dunleavy, a special education teacher at Chapman School (
@CheshirePublic) in CT who reportedly posted a video online threatening to k*II and hurt Trump supporters. She should not be anywhere near school children.”

The school quickly took action after the video went viral, temporarily removing Dunleavy from the school. According to Superintendent Jeff Solan, they became aware of the video over the weekend and took action, sending a message to the school community about their course of action.
In the message, he noted that the video was intended to be a private message she shared to a group on Snapchat but someone recorded it and shared to social media.
He said in the message that following the l*ak of the video, it became “immediately clear that it will be impossible to conduct business as usual for our students and staff without temporarily removing the teacher from the building so we have done so until the outcome of the investigation,”
He added: “The Cheshire Public Schools is reviewing this situation as a personnel matter and as such we are following all applicable laws,”
Solan added that the school has received a lot of calls and emails from people predominantly ‘outside the Cheshire community’.
“Although we have received no direct threats to the school, we will have police presence out of an abundance of caution,” he added.
The case of Annie Dunleavy is just the latest example of a liberal leaning person having a meltdown following Trump’s election, with the cases of Bellevue School District teacher Molly Flynn and TikTok user Katy Pagne having already gone viral.
