Details of the one week celebration of Akua Donkor has hit social media, revealing the start of the final rites for the deceased Ghana Freedom Party (GFP) flagbearer.
Akua Donkor’s one-week is scheduled for Thursday, November 14th, 2024.
It is expected to be held at the Ejuratia Funeral Ground from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Akua Donkor died on Monday, October 28th, 2024, at the age of 83. She reportedly fell ill in the previous days and went to Nsawam Government Hospital where she was transferred to the Greater Accra Regional Hospital (Ridge).
Tragically, she died at Ridge. Many point to the hours she spent in an ambulance as possibly the reason she could not make it.
