Two people have been killed after an out-of-control fuel truck rammed into a KIA truck in Konongo in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
The accident occurred in the evening of Wednesday, November 6th, 2024 and was captured on CCTV cameras with the video making its way to social media.
In the video, the fuel tanker which appeared to have lost control swerved from its lane to avoid a collision and rammed into the KIA which was in its own lane.
The speed of the tanker forced the KIA backwards for several meters and caused another collision with a Hyundai Elantra.
Two people in the KIA were killed, while those in the Elantra sustained no fatalities.
