The Managing Editor of GhanaCelebrities.Com, Nii Smiley Byte, has predicted that just like the Democratic Party in the United States, the ruling NPP in Ghana will get wiped out in the 2024 elections

In a post on his Facebook page, Nii Smiley Byte said that the common thread in the U.S. and Ghanaian elections is that the populace are not happy with the performance of the economy and direction of the country in general.

He said due to this, the ruling party will be punished by the voters and this will affect the NPP in Ghana just as happened to the Democrats in the U.S. elections.

Byte was reacting to a statement by the NPP in which they congratulated the Republican party on their victory and claimed they will also have a similar victory in Ghana.
