The Ghana Police Service has denied allegations from a worker at the Osu Correctional Facility that Salifu Amoako’s son, Elrad Amoako, was never sent to the facility.
In a post that went viral last week after Elrad was remanded into custody, the supposed correctional facility employee jumped on social media and denied that he was at the facility.
The person said the police was colluding with the boy’s family because they have no seen the boy.
In a statement, the Ghana Police Service has denied these allegations.
According to them, Elrad is being held in remand and whoever made those claims would be arrested to face the law.
