Cushane Damiah Carter aka CMR, a popular Jamaican vlogger and dancehall enthusiast based in the United States, has been arrested in Orange County, Florida and thrown into jail.

According to booking information that surfaced on social media, officers of the Apopka Police Department arrested Carter Saturday, November 2nd.

He was booked into jail in Orange County and charged with ‘lewd/lascivious conduct’. According to the shouselaw blog, “Lewd and lascivious conduct is defined as a sexual act that is offensive to community standards of decency. In many of the cases I handle, it often allegedly involves a child,”

Reports from Jamaican sources allege that Carter might have molested the daughter of his wife Crissy.

Cushane Carter is expected to be hauled before court on Monday. Bond in the case was set at $7,500.

Social media users have dropped interesting reaction to the news. One netizen shared the booking info and Carter’s mugshot in the comments of a photo he posted of his wife. The photo was captioned: “True Definition Of A Queen” to which the netizen commented, “so why touch her child”

Others wondered if this would be the final straw that leads Crissy to divorce the influential online personality following his cheating scandal with Shani.

One comment, left on Instagram, read: “I pray and hope it not so and if it’s, he needs to go down…. If Guilty let see if his wife gonna forgive him this time,”
