“I Once Kissed An Unknown White Lady On A Bus”-Okyeame Kwame Shares

Renowned Ghanaian rapper Okyeame Kwame recently shared a surprising story from his past during an appearance on the “30 Questions” show with Quophi Okyeame. He recounted a memorable encounter from 2001 on a Greyhound bus journey from New York to Columbus.

He explained that the incident happened back in 2001, during a journey from New York to Columbus. Okyeame Kwame recalled sitting next to the woman, and before they reached their destination, the two unexpectedly got caught up in a passionate kiss. “I was on a Greyhound bus from New York to Columbus, and there was a white girl sitting next to me. Before we reached Columbus, we were already deeply engaged in kissing and petting. I didn’t even get her number. That was the end of it when we both got off.”

This candid revelation has amused his fans, revealing a side of Okyeame Kwame that few might have known. Married to Annica Nsiah-Apau and father to two children, Sir Kwame Bota and Sante, he’s often admired for his open and sincere personality.

Alongside this story, Okyeame Kwame also shared his future plans to transition from rapping to playing the flute, acknowledging the physical demands of rap. He mentioned he’s been learning the “atentenben” flute for about four months and hopes to continue entertaining audiences with this new skill as he gets older.
