Elrad Amoako, the 16-year-old son of Bishop Salifu Amoako who caused the fatal East Legon accident that killed two juvenile girls, has been arraigned before the Juvenile court in Accra.

According to Serwaa Amihere, Elrad was sent before the Juvenile Court on Friday, November 1st. He is expected to be charged with manslaughter.

Elrad was recently discharged from hospital by the University of Ghana Medical Center (UGMC) where he had been hospitalized since the day of the crash.

Following his discharge, a doctor’s letter was released claiming that while he’s fit to go home, he’s not fit to be interrogated by police.
