In a recent court appearance, Prophet Elisha Salifu Amoako, General Overseer of Alive Chapel International, made a heartfelt appeal to the Accra Circuit Court. He requested an order for the Ghana Police Service and media outlets to stop posting photos of his son, Elrad Amoako, on social media. This plea comes in the wake of a tragic accident on October 12, 2024, in East Legon, which led to the deaths of two young girls.

Prophet Salifu Amoako and his wife, Mouha Amoako, expressed deep concern over the ongoing circulation of their son’s images, citing his young age and the potential harm to his privacy and well-being. During the court proceedings, Prophet Amoako underscored that his son, still a minor, should not be subjected to such public exposure, especially considering the sensitive nature of the incident.

The accident involved a collision between a Honda Acura and a Jaguar driven by Elrad Amoako, attracting significant public attention. The Amoako family, along with their sales assistant Linda Bonsu Prempeh, face charges for permitting an unlicensed person to drive. The court has granted bail to all three individuals, setting the amount at GH₵150,000 each.
