A young Ghanaian TikToker has spoken out against Afia Schwarzenegger’s relentless attacks on former president and NDC flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama.

In a video, the TikToker questioned Afia’s motives, saying, “Afia, what do you want from His Excellency John Dramani Mahama? Normally, these topics are off-limits for me, but this is getting too much and annoying.” She urged Afia to focus on the NPP, the party she supports, adding, “Nobody is forcing you to choose NDC or campaign for NDC. You are campaigning for NPP, which makes sense, so talk about their policies. Is that too much to ask?”

Afia Schwarzenegger has recently intensified the controversy by accusing her former best friend, Deloris Frimpong Manso, also known as Delay, of having an affair with Mahama. According to Afia, Delay allegedly slept with the former president in exchange for money and a car, further fueling the tension surrounding her continuous attacks on Mahama.

The TikToker, clearly frustrated, also appealed for respect, emphasizing, “John Mahama is a very responsible man who has got a home to protect. If not for anything, respect that.” She noted how Afia’s behavior says more about her than about the former president, stating, “Don’t you know the way you speak about people when you are no longer on good terms says a lot about you?”

She concluded her plea with the NDC slogan, “Eye zu,” urging Afia to stop the disrespect and leave Mahama’s personal life out of political discussions.
