Ghanaian musician Kwabena Kwabena has spoken out about the tragic accident in East Legon, calling on the public to show empathy and learn valuable lessons from the event rather than rushing to judgment.

During an interview on Adom TV, Kwabena Kwabena extended his heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and stressed the need for compassion in such difficult times.

The accident, which took place on October 12, 2024, involved the 16-year-old son of Bishop Salifu Amoako and tragically claimed the lives of two young girls.

Kwabena Kwabena urged people to reflect on the incident, emphasizing, “When you see a man fall, don’t laugh, learn.” He also highlighted the importance of enforcing stricter road safety laws, especially regarding minors driving.

In his remarks, the musician expressed frustration with the selective application of laws in Ghana, stating, “Our laws aren’t truly effective; they seem to only apply to the weak, the vulnerable, and the poor.” Kwabena Kwabena called for fairness in law enforcement to ensure that everyone is held accountable, regardless of their social status.
