All About Jack Callis aka John Callis, Crazy Baltimore Ravens Fan
Social media sleuths have identified John ‘Jack’ Callis as the Baltimore Ravens fan who went crazy and brutally assaulted two Washington Commanders fans following the two teams’ NFL game at the M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore on Sunday.
Callis was identified after a video of the assault – which occurred in the 1000 block of South Charles Street – hit social media and went viral.
According to his LinkedIn account which he has scrubbed from the internet, John prefers to go by Jack Callis. He was as a producer and Sales Executive at the Kastendike Insurance Group of Maury, Donnelly & Parr.
And according to those who know him personally, John Callis has always been loud, abusive and rowdy. He reportedly comes from a rich family and has committed numerous other problematic actions in the past but always seems to get away with it.
As one acquaintance put it, Callis had been kicked out of three Baltimore private schools for misconduct, including one truly disturbing act he described in his tweet.
Drew McDaniel wrote on X: “Knew this kid throughout hs he’s a total POS. He got kicked out of 3 different Baltimore private schools. A notable moment was his explosion from St. Paul’s for putting his genitals on a kid with special needs. He’s disgusting but his father is absolutely loaded. Super rich.”
Another acquaintance, Hilaree Banks, shared a news report of another of Callis’ actions that got him kicked out of Mt. St Joes, when he was involved in a racially insensitive Halloween costume display that was condemned by the school.
“He’s always been a total moral deviant. He’s awful. That’s what got him out of Mt. St Joes which he somehow got into after being expelled from St. Paul’s,” Drew replied.
Jack Callis also has a prior 2nd degree assault conviction from 2021 but ended up getting only probation.
According to those who knew him, he keeps committing crimes and his father keeps getting him out of it.
“Daddy got him out but all of those records can’t be expunged, or haven’t been and that video proves he is a menace…and trash,” Hilaree hotly commented.
According to MaiOnline, he was arrested in Florida in 2022 and charged with resisting an officer.
Meanwhile, following significant public backlash, the Kastendike Insurance Group of Maury, Donnelly & Parr announced that Callis had been canned from the company.
“MDP has a zero-tolerance policy for violence and aggressive behavior. This individual is no longer employed with our firm,” the company said in a post on X.
Nevertheless, some social media users remain skeptical that the company has actually done the right thing and fired Callis. One user said he has doubts over the message considering they didn’t post it prominently but was a reply to someone’s reply on a post.
“I’m not sure I would trust the tweet fully. They seemed to have buried their response as of reply to another tweet that has nothing to do with the original post. Daddy or Uncle must be high up in the company….” the netizen wrote, however, others said they believe the firing to be legit.
However, MDP later confirmed Callis’ firing to the media in a statement sent to the Daily Mail.
One person took the time to recap all of Callis’ problematic behaviors in one tweet.
Meanwhile, Callis has remained mute on all this back and forth sparked by his actions. The internet is eagerly awaiting to hear what, if anything meaningful, he has to say about his actions.
Meanwhile, Baltimore Police identified Callis as a possible suspect in the case but said they needed to identify and interview the victims before any possible action.
On Thursday, October 17th, an arrest warrant was issued for Callis’ arrest on charges of first-degree aggravated assault and three counts of second-degree assault.
