Nicholas ‘Nick’ Rados, 19, of Arlington VA, was killed following a DUI crash on Saturday, October 12.
Nick Rados was riding in a car with Brooks Bare, 18, also of Arlington, and three other people when they were involved in a single-vehicle crash around 1:58 a.m. at a location on the 2200 block of N. Harrison Street.
The Arlington County Police Department arrive on-scene and found a passenger, Rados, suffering from life-threatening injuries. He was transported to an area hospital where he died.
Of the three other passengers, one was transported to a hospital with minor injuries, was treated and was discharged. Medics evaluated the other two passengers and the driver on-scene.

Arlington County PD charged the driver, Brooks Bare, with DUI/Involuntary Manslaughter and Breath/Blood Test Refusal. He is being held without bond in the Arlington County Detention Facility.
According to the preliminary investigation, Bare was traveling northbound on N. Harrison Street when he struck several parked, unoccupied vehicles on the side of the roadway, overturning the vehicle he was operating.
