Kwaku Manu – Let Pastors Focus On Prophesying, Not Politics

Published by

Kumawood actor Kwaku Manu has appealed to pastors in Ghana to step away from political activities and remain dedicated to their spiritual responsibilities.

In a recent interview on UTV’s United Showbiz, the actor voiced concerns about pastors becoming increasingly involved in politics, warning that this could create confusion among their congregations.

“These days, some pastors have turned into political campaigners. In the past, if a pastor received a message or revelation about someone, they would simply share it, leaving the individual to decide whether to believe it or not. But now, pastors are openly supporting political parties, and this is causing divisions within churches,” Kwaku Manu explained.

He urged religious leaders to stop aligning themselves with political parties and focus on guiding their flocks. Furthermore, Kwaku Manu advised the youth to avoid violence in the upcoming December 7 elections.

“My advice to the youth is to steer clear of any destructive behavior during the elections because it could lead to loss of life,” he cautioned.
