Friends and family of Ticarra Danelle Manning of Sparta Wisconsin, are mourning her and paying tribute to a wonderful woman taken too soon.
Mother-of-two Manning was killed in an alleged case of domestic assault by estranged partner, Andrew Nauman, who was arrested by the Sparta Police Department for bail jumping in the wake of her death.
Sparta PD officers were called to a home in the 100 block of West Oak Street on Sunday, October 6th.
They arrived to find a female victim suffering life-threatening injuries. She was transported to a trauma hospital where she eventually succumbed to her injuries.
Friends identified the victim as Ticarra Manning.

A celebration of life for Manning is planned Saturday, October 12 at Evans-Bossard Park in Sparta.
A friend, Angela, said of the planned memorial: “Let’s celebrate this beautiful woman! Absolutely no alcohol is allowed. Please show your support by wearing tie-dye which was Tic‘s favorite. Let’s remember all the wonderful times we all know we shared with her.”
Police have charged Nauman, who was out on bail for a different case of assault at the time of the Manning murder, with First Degree Intentional Homicide, Aggravated Battery, and Disorderly Conduct.
