Scottie Lee Goble, a 54-year-old of Frost, Texas, has been arrested and charged with first degree murder following the shooting death of Heriberto Ramirez.

Heriberto Eddie Ramirez was shot and killed during a dispute between several people at Juniors Taqueria, a restaurant owned by his brother in Tyler, Texas.

Police were called to the business located in the 3800 block of SSW Loop 323 at about 12:15 p.m. on Friday, October 11.

They found a man suffering from a single gunshot wound.

Ramirez died from the injury and Goble was arrested.

He was booked into the Smith County jail on a $500,000 bond and has been charged with first degree murder.

According to family members, the dispute occurred when Goble and friends placed an order and claimed what they were served was incorrect.

The owners attempted to defuse the situation but things escalated and they agreed to refund the group and asked them to leave.

The confrontation continued outside with Eddie backing up his brother.

Tragically, Goble pulled out a gun at that point and shot and killed Ramirez.
