Former Finance minister, Ken Ofori-Atta is reported to have allegedly suffered a stroke over the weekend.

Reports are going viral all over X (formerly Twitter) about the alleged stroke.

X account Ghana Chronicles shared the news, writing: BREAKING: “Former Finance Minister Ken Ofori Atta suffered a major stroke over the weekend. Let’s all remember him in our prayers,”

The information has yet to be verified but NPP supporters in the comments claimed it is fake news.

Meanwhile, Ghanaians appear jubilant over the reports and have taken to social media to rejoice.

“If it’s coming it’s doing. God we thank you for everything. Please let them suffer for two months after that takes them away,” one netizen commented.

Another person said: “I’m beginning to believe in prayers now.”
