I Was Once So Broke I’ll Starve Until My Friend Returned from Work to Buy ‘Check Check’ For Us to Eat – Delay Recalls Her Troubled Past

Media personality Deloris Frimpong Manso popularly known as Delay has revealed one of the worst periods of her life.

Delay in a new video recalled when she used to be so broke living in Tema that even finding food to eat was a big deal for her.

According to her, she was so broke that she starved the entire day without eating and had to wait for her friend to come back from work with some money.

She said the friend will then go and buy check check (fried rice) which they ate together.

Delay often says that these days she takes pleasure in spending her money to make herself look classy because she suffered to get it.
