Mike Martin, an Oklahoma grandfather shared touching words of mourning following the death of his grandson Avery in a car accident in Colorado.

Avery Martin’s death occurred in the early hours of Sunday, October 6th, 2024.

Mike revealed this in a post on social media mourning the tragic loss in his family.

“It’s with a broken heart and a troubled mind that I tell you that our Grandson Avery died in a car accident this morning. As our first grandchild and knowing that his whole life was ahead of him, a hole is left,” he wrote.

Mike revealed they previously lost a daughter also via an accident hence, the loss of Avery’s hurt as badly as anything they ever felt.

“Each loss is overwhelming and not the same. Only God can show us the way,” he wrote.

Mike and his wife Carol Martin are residents of Muskogee, Oklahoma. Friends shared lovely words of comfort following the tragic news.

“I am so so sorry. My heart breaks for you and your family. Praying,” one user commented on his post.
