Controversial media personality, Captain Smart, has disclosed that over 300 military personnel have submitted their resignation letters.

Speaking during his morning show on Onua TV, Captain Smart revealed that these soldiers are frustrated with being used as pawns to serve the interests of the NPP Government without receiving any tangible benefits in return.

He further stated that the government is now desperately trying to convince these 300 individuals to reconsider their decision and remain in the army.

Meanwhile, Captain Smart has been vocal in criticizing the NPP Government, especially regarding the recent unlawful arrests of protestors who are demonstrating against illegal mining activities, commonly known as galamsey, which have wreaked havoc on the environment and local communities.
