A galamsey site worker has shared a video of two alleged soldiers coming to the galamsey site to be paid off to allow them to continue their illegal mining.

The video shared by the galamsey operator continued audio of him speaking about what was going down.

According to him, those calling for galamsey to come to an end are simply worrying themselves because even soldiers are on their payroll.

The video then shows a couple of men in camouflage far off in the distance walking off the site.

The operator claimed that they visit the site daily to receive their share of the galamsey loot and turn a blind eye to their illegal activities.

Netizens reacting to the video said Ghana is doomed since everyone is corrupt.

“This is the reason why they’re not disturbing themselves to stop these galamesey operators .The politicians,the chiefs and these top Human Resources officials are part of the problem,” one netizen said in reaction to the video.
