2011 Big Brother Africa winner, Karen Igho, has recently taken to social media to share the challenges she’s facing in her marriage to Yaroslav Rakos.
Karen, who married the Russian in 2014 in Jos, Plateau State before moving to the USA, revealed that her marriage is in turmoil due to alleged physical and sexual abuse.
In a heartfelt post on X, the mother of two expressed concerns for her safety, urging the public to hold her husband accountable if anything were to happen to her. “I’m going through a divorce, I’ve been homeless for a year, and I’ve suffered both physically and sexually,” she wrote.
Karen further revealed that her husband is attempting to take their children away by claiming she is mentally ill.
She also asked for prayers from Nigerians and Africans, stating, “Please pray for me and my children. If you don’t hear from me again, know that something has happened. I’m not mentally ill, and I don’t do drugs.”
