Trent Glisson, of Nashville, Tennessee, a singer-songwriter and independent country artist, has tragically died.
Glisson’s death has stunned family, friends, and fans with many jumping on social media to pay tribute.
News of Trent Glisson’s death was revealed by some close friends on social media who revealed he died in the early hours of Tuesday, October 1, 2024.
“Sweet Trent. I am heartbroken to hear about your passing this morning. I met Trent Glisson a few years ago ago when he asked me to be in his music video. He made me feel so comfortable and so welcome,” Forrest Mobley said.
According to her, Glisson kept in touch with her throughout the years and she was excited to see he had been making his way up in the business.
“Please keep Trent’s family, close friends, and hometown in your prayers,” she added.
Another tribute from Jonathan Huffstetler praised Glisson for his ability to make people happy. He recalled how the singer lead worship in their church and how he kept people spellbound with his voice.
Jonathan Glisson originally from Gastonia North Carolina moved to Nashville to pursue his dream of becoming a country star.
He had pushed himself into the spotlight with several great projects. Glisson was back home last month and performed in Dallas, North Carolina to his hometown crowd.
