Musician Reggie Zippy’s Ex-Wife Responds to Recent Allegations – “He Made No Effort to Reach Out”

Edith Ward, Reggie Zippy’s ex-wife, has responded to recent accusations made by the musician that she had blocked him from seeing his kids in a teaser for an upcoming interview with Caleb Nii Boye.

Edith firmly denied the claims that she had blocked Reggie from seeing their three children since December 2022. She clarified that since their split, Reggie has not made any effort to reach out to her or the children.

Edith, who is working hard to raise their kids alone, shared the financial challenges she’s faced, juggling three jobs to support their family. She explained that the ongoing divorce and Reggie’s social media comments have taken a toll on their privacy, saying, “I had two accidents. I hit another car because of all this.” The emotional strain has clearly affected her and the children’s lives.

She also mentioned that Reggie missed their court appearance on September 15, 2023, and afterward made a public statement from his hotel, claiming a UK judge had stopped him from seeing their children. However, Edith clarified that the court case was actually a result of Reggie’s social media activities and had nothing to do with their kids.

Reggie Zippy and Edith were married for 15 years before finalizing their divorce on August 11, 2023, and while this has been a difficult journey for Edith, she remains focused on supporting her children.
