Nigerian singer Divine Ikubor, better known as Rema, recently addressed the wildest rumor he’s come across about himself.
The ‘Calm Down’ star shared on the ‘Kids Take Over’ podcast that the most outrageous claim was that he worships the devil.
When asked by the host, “What’s the craziest, untrue thing you’ve seen online about yourself?” Rema responded with a laugh, saying, “They say I worship the devil. It’s crazy. I didn’t even bother responding because it’s not worth my time.”
He went on to explain that the symbols he uses in his art are part of his Edo cultural heritage, not related to anything satanic.
