Notorious Banned User Jared Valdez Sets Up GoFundMe to Fund Roblox Lawsuit – It’s Not Going Well

Published by

The former Roblox user who operated the account jaredvaldez4, has started a GoFundMe to raise money to fund a lawsuit against the company.

Jared Valdez alleges he was unjustly banned and that his account is now worth over a million dollars and he wants it back.

Back in early September, Valdez took to Twitter and wrote: “This is a formal notice to @DavidBaszucki about my banned ROBLOX accounts. I was 12 years old when I was on ROBLOX and was banned. Those accounts are worth well over a million dollars. I demand jaredvaldez4 be unbanned or legal action will ensue. #ROBLOX #jaredvaldez4,”

After the post blew up on social media, Valdez decided a few days ago to launch a GoFundMe to support his cause.

Over a quarter of a million people saw my post about suing @roblox @DavidBaszucki in order to have a fighting chance I need your help by donating to my go fund me fund for my legal fees,” he said.

The GoFundMe goes into more details about the legal battle. Valdez called for his accounts to be unbanned and to be reinstated on the site.

The fundraiser has so far raised a paltry $51 out of its stated $50,000 goal leading to some netizens to troll Valdez.

“Scammer tries to scam even further..” one post read.

Another said: “Bro raised $36, $10 of it from himself,”

Jorge Valdez was a Roblox user notorious for ‘plagiarizing games and selling scam items’, according to his Roblox wiki.

He reportedly copied numerous places from games and exploited them for his own personal use.

His most popular stolen games included Paintball and the Infection. He also created groups with similar names to popular groups, once again to exploit for his own gain, according to the wiki.
