During the ‘Enough is Enough’ demonstration organized by the NDC, some protesters took a detour to the National Cathedral construction site,  to see the progress on the highly anticipated project. However, instead of finding ongoing work, they were met with a large water-filled pit where the construction had stalled.

A video that has since gone viral shows them gleefully splashing around in the pit, turning what was supposed to be a serious moment into a playful and refreshing break.
