U.S.-based Ghanaian political commentator, Twene Jonas has reacted to the ongoing saga regarding media personality Afia Pokua taking shots at the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
Afia Pokua during a recent appearance on Mona Gucci’s show, Bribi Gyegye Wo, fired the Asantehene for being unable to stop some of the societal ills in the country despite all the power he possesses.
After her rant, some social media users and many influencers who are Asante such as Afia Schwarzenegger and others came out to attack her.
Shortly after, Afia Pokua came out to apologize.
Her apology has sparked numerous reactions including one from Twene Jonas who said he is the only person in the country licensed to insult Otumuo without receiving backlash.
