Brandon Thibodeaux, 18, was a Metairie, Louisiana young man who was murdered following a twisted affair with his girlfriend’s mother, Paulette Gerrard.

Thibodeaux’s story was revealed in a recent episode of True Crime Case Files that has gripped the imagination of the world.

According to the documentary, Brandon was dating Lee Gerrard, also 18, yet somehow managed to get himself entangled with Lee’s mother, Paulette.

Paulette, 42, was described as beautiful, intelligent and successful, yet with an unhealthy rivalry against her daughter. She ran a highly successful multi-level-marketing company.

Brandon was a senior at East Jefferson High School and excelled both in an out of class. He loved his girlfriend Lee and the duo were planning to get married and have kids after school.

Feeling guilty over his affair, Brandon attempted to end the relationship. A jealous and overbearing Paula stabbed him multiple times to death.
