Ghanaian Man in U.S.A, Carl Agyemang Arrested and Charged After Stabbing His Brother to Death

A Ghanaian man in New Jersey in the United States of America, Carl Agyemang, has been arrested after stabbing and killing his own brother.

Carl, 26, stabbed his junior brother Floyd Agyemang, 23, on Saturday, Aug. 24, at 11:15 a.m. after the two had an argument.

The incident occurred at the Agyemang family residence located at Hepburn Lane, Willingboro, NJ.

Willingboro Township Police officers were called to their residence Saturday morning in regards to a stabbing.

Once at the residence, they found Floyd Agyemang with a stab wound to his chest. He was transported to hospital and died around 10:30 p.m. on Saturday.

Following the incident, Carl fled the home and attempted to evade police but he was arrested after a short pursuit.

He has been charged with first-degree murder and weapons offences and is being held at the Burlington County Jail in Mount Holly.

This senseless act of violence comes a few weeks after a similar violent attack by a Ghanaian on their family in the U.K.
