Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, also known as NAPO, the presidential running mate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has made strong accusations against the National Democratic Congress (NDC), the opposing party. During a campaign event in Nkoranza, NAPO accused the NDC of being behind the deaths of two pastors and a traditionalist.
“They are the ones who kill pastors,” NAPO claimed. “They killed two pastors in Ghana, Prophet Asare and Brother Amoako. They killed them in broad daylight.” He further accused the NDC of being responsible for the death of Nana Drobo, a traditionalist known for developing an HIV medication.
NAPO didn’t stop there; he also accused the NDC of demolishing mosques, urging residents of Zongo communities not to support the party. “They are the ones who demolish mosques. If you live in a Zongo and vote for the NDC, when they come into power, they will destroy your mosques,” he warned.
