Daniel Duncan-Williams, popularly known as Papa Shilo and the son of Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, recently shared a powerful testimony about how his father saved him from the grip of the devil.
Speaking at church, Daniel recounted how his father’s unwavering prayers and constant support helped him overcome his struggles with drug addiction and a life of truancy.
He described how his father stood by him during his darkest times, lifting him out of what he called “the hell” the enemy had trapped him in.
Encouraging the youth who are battling similar challenges, Daniel emphasized that they too can conquer their addictions just as he did, thanks to the power of faith and perseverance.
During the service, Daniel also led the congregants of The Prayer Cathedral at Action Chapel International in a session of praise and worship to celebrate his 29th birthday.
A video shared on X by Eddie WRT showed Daniel dressed in an all-white kaftan, passionately leading the choir while singing and praising.
The congregation, filled with joy and inspiration, sang and danced along, marking a touching moment of celebration and gratitude. Daniel’s transformation and his testimony serve as a beacon of hope for many facing similar battles.
