Ghanaian actress cum TV show host, Emelia Brobbey has narrated how her colleague and friend, Nana Ama Mcbrown helped her when she started her career as an actress.
Speaking in a recent interview, the actress narrated how Nana Ama Mcbrown took her under her wing and helped her become a better version of herself.
According to Emelia, when she started acting, she was also teaching in Obuase but she felt closer to acting than teaching.
Then gradually, she quit teaching and decided to focus on acting.
“Once I passed the audition, I was getting more movie roles which made it difficult for me to go back into the classroom. But my father didn’t like the fact that I stopped schooling to focus on action. So, upon his advice, I enrolled at GIMPA to pursue a degree. During my graduation, Nana Ama Mcbrown sewed a beautiful dress for me. She came with my fellow actors to support me at my graduation ceremony. I will never forget what she did for me”. Emelia Brobbey revealed.
Emelia went ahead to thank Nana Ama for her selfless acts and commended her for always looking out for those close to her.
